
You are entitled to your same seats if you complete the renewal application by May 15th. You are entitled to your same parking if you have donated at least half of the minimum required amount for the corresponding lot by May 15th, or have a payment plan established.
After May 15th, those that have not renewed or donated relinquish the opportunity to reserve their same seats and parking respectively.
If you secured a place in the Entry Process by purchasing a $10 entry fee, you are not guaranteed season tickets. Everyone that is part of the Entry Process will be given the opportunity to view available inventory during their individual selection time.
All seats that you have paid for via the application are locked in. All tickets that other fans have paid for are not available during the selection process. Reminder, this is not a full reseat, but the third year in a four-year rotation. You can add more and/or move your seats during the selection process based on availability.
A ticket office representative will contact you during the selection process to collect payment for any adjustments and/or additions.

If you are able to change seat locations during the selection process, your account will be appropriately adjusted. Please note that seat contributions are non-refundable.
When there is no more inventory, we will notify everyone that the selection process is over. Reminder, if you purchased a $10 entry fee and receive a selection time, you are still not guaranteed tickets.
If you have renewed your seats and we announce there is no more inventory before your selection time, you are still guaranteed your tickets. You would not, however, have the option to move your seats or add additional seats.
Due to the season ticket sellout in 2023 and 2024, and due to the anticipated demand for season tickets in 2025, we do not anticipate having the inventory to go on sale after the selection process. Anyone interested in season tickets for 2025 should either renew their seats from last year or purchase a place in the Entry Process.
Single game tickets will be on sale June 30, 2025 for Duke Club members exclusively. On July 7, 2025 single game tickets will go on sale for the general public.
RV parking passes will be on sale June 30, 2025 for Duke Club members exclusively. On July 7, 2025 RV parking passes will go on sale for the general public.
No sections 1-8 on the East Side and all of the North End Zone (minus what is allocated for the MRD's, which hasn't changed over the years and will remain the same) are allocated as student and general admission. This project for sections 4-5 will not reduce the number we choose to designate to students but instead impact the overall general admission seating.
From the time of making their first gift to the Duke Club, a donor will begin to accumulate Priority Points through their support of JMU Athletics. Priority Points are used when assigning tickets and parking, including away games and postseason events. A current year Proud and True Fund gift at a minimum of $75 is required to activate Priority Points. There are a number of ways to earn Priority Points to access premier gameday parking, earn the opportunity to buy away game tickets, and gain access to other game day amenities.

A priority deadline is the specific date in which Duke Club Priority Points are pulled, as well as a deadline to renew/opt in for tickets. There are several priority deadlines throughout the Athletic calendar in multiple sports.
May 15th Priority Deadline: At 11:59pm on May 15th, priority points will be pulled. All donations after May 15th will not be reflected in these points. This is also the date when season ticket renewals are due, as well as the option to be part of the Football Entry Process. Everyone that has renewed their season tickets or opted to be part of the Entry Process will receive a timeslot based on their May 15th priority points.
Aug 1st Priority Deadline: At 11:59pm on Aug 1st, priority points will be pulled again. All donations after Aug 1 will not be reflected in these points. Anyone that has requested away game tickets will be ranked and placed based on their Aug 1 priority points. After this time, if there are any available away game tickets, they will be available first come, first served.
A current, 2025 Duke Club Proud and True Donation is required to activate your points. Duke Club Priority Points are utilized in determining your rank and selection time.
A current, 2025 Duke Club Proud and True Donation at the corresponding benefit level is the only way to renew your same parking.
Although a Proud and True Donation is encouraged, if you have renewed your season tickets, they are locked in regardless of a 2025 donation.
Previous donations are not activated until you donate to the Proud and True Fund in 2025.
In the selection process, activated priority points directly determine your selection time.
