
As this is a full reseating and reparking year, all seats and parking spaces will be cleared, to be reselected in Duke Club Rank order.
The Reseating and Reparking process allows active Duke Club members to choose their season seats and parking (based on availability) through the accumulation of Priority Points by supporting the program – including annual and lifetime giving, season ticket purchases, and consecutive years of giving.
Non-Duke Club members and those that have not activated their Duke Club Priority Points with a 2025 donation to the Proud and True Fund will have 0 active points and have selection times after all active Duke Club members. Full reseating and reparking traditionally occurs on a four-year schedule, so seats selected this year (2025) may be renewed for each of the next three seasons. The next reseating/reparking process for Men’s and Women’s Basketball would occur again for the 2029-2030 season.
Everyone, regardless of your 2024-2025 season tickets, will need to join the Men's Basketball Entry Process and/or the Women's Basketball Entry process for men's and/or women's basketball season tickets respectively. To join either Entry Process, you must pay the $10 entry fee by the June 3rd priority deadline. Joining the Entry Process does not guarantee tickets, but all Entry Process members will receive a selection time for the associated sport.
During your selection time, you will be able to choose any seats available as your season tickets.
We have seen increased demand for basketball season tickets over the past few years, and we anticipate a high volume of season ticket interest again this year. No seat location or section is guaranteed during the selection process. Even though a selection time is granted to everyone there may not be tickets or parking available overall or in specific sections during your selection time. When the inventory is sold out, the Athletics Department will establish that the selection process is over. To improve your selection time, please consider donating to the Duke Club.
The Men's Basketball selection process will commence in Mid-July, and the Women's Basketball seelction process will start upon the conclusion of the Men's Basketball seelction process. Note that if you have entered both the Men's and Women's Basketball Entry Process, you will receive two different selection times.
Since this is a full reseating and reparking year, your selection appointment(s) is more important than ever. If an appointment is missed, seats are not guaranteed to be selected based on your preferences. The Athletic Ticket Office and the Duke Club staff will do everything they can to help assist you during this process.
If you entered the selection process for $10 and at the point of your selection do not like the inventory available, you are not required to purchase tickets, but your $10 fee is not refundable or transferable.
All remaining inventory will go on sale after the selection process. A pick your own seat map will allow customers to view available inventory and reserve seats accordingly.
Single game tickets will be on sale Oct 6, 2025 for Duke Club members exclusively. On Oct 8, 2025 single game tickets will go on sale for the general public.
From the time of making their first gift to the Duke Club, a donor will begin to accumulate Priority Points through their support of JMU Athletics. Priority Points are used when assigning tickets and parking, including away games and postseason events. A current year Proud and True Fund gift at a minimum of $75 is required to activate Priority Points. There are a number of ways to earn Priority Points to access premier gameday parking, earn the opportunity to buy away game tickets and gain access to other game day amenities.
A priority deadline is the specific date in which Duke Club Priority Points are pulled, as well as a deadline to renew/opt in for tickets. There are several priority deadlines throughout the Athletic calendar in multiple sports.
June 3rd, 2025 Priority Deadline: At 11:59pm on June 3rd, priority points will be pulled. All donations after June 3rd will not be reflected in these points. At this time, the Entry Process will also close. Everyone that has joined the Entry Process will receive a timeslot based on their June 3rd priority points.
A current, 2025 Duke Club Proud and True Donation is required to activate your points. Duke Club Priority Points are utilized in determining your rank and selection time.
A current, 2025 Duke Club Proud and True Donation at the corresponding benefit level is the only way to renew your same parking.
Although a Proud and True Donation is encouraged, if you have joined the Entry Process, you will receive a selection timeslot regardless of a 2025 donation.
Previous donations are not activated until you donate to the Proud and True Fund in 2025.
In the selection process, activated priority points directly determine your selection time.
