2024 Basketball Tickets
You are entitled to your same seats if you complete the renewal application by July 15th. You are entitled to your same parking if you have donated or have a payment plan established that meets the minimum required amount for the Ballard Parking Deck by July 15th.
After July 15th, those that have not renewed or donated relinquish the opportunity to reserve their same seats and parking respectively.
If you are a new season ticket holder, you are guaranteed to get at least General Admission season tickets. These season tickets are nonrefundable, but have the potential for upgrades. All season ticket holders will be given the opportunity to view available inventory and upgrade during their individual selection time.
All seats that you have paid for via the application are locked in. All tickets that other fans have paid for are not available during the selection process. Reminder, this is not a full reseat, but the last year in a cycle of renewals. You can add more and/or move your seats during the selection process based on availability. Note, all seat contributions are nonrefundable
A ticket office representative will contact you during the selection process to collect payment for any adjustments and/or additions.
If you are looking to add more seats to your current seats, simply renew your current seats and make additions during the selection process in late July to early Aug. For all other adjustments or any additional questions, please complete the following form. A ticket office representative will provide advice on the best process for your individual scenario going forward.
New season ticket holders are guaranteed to receive General Admission season tickets. In the event that there are no more General Admission season tickets, they will no longer be available to purchase. Reminder, if you are a new season ticket holder, upgrades are based on availability.
If you have renewed your tickets, you are guaranteed your same seats as the 2023-2024 season. Additions and upgrades from your renewed seats are based on availability.
All remaining inventory will go on sale after the selection process. A pick your own seat map will allow customers to view available inventory and reserve seats accordingly.
Single game tickets will be on sale Oct 7, 2024 for Duke Club members exclusively. On Oct 9, 2024 single game tickets will go on sale for the general public.
2024 Duke Club Proud and True Donation
From the time of making their first gift to the Duke Club, a donor will begin to accumulate Priority Points through their support of JMU Athletics. Priority Points are used when assigning tickets and parking, including away games and postseason events. A current year Proud and True Fund gift at a minimum of $75 is required to activate Priority Points. There are a number of ways to earn Priority Points to access premier gameday parking, earn the opportunity to buy away game tickets and gain access to other game day amenities.
A priority deadline is the specific date in which Duke Club Priority Points are pulled, as well as a deadline to renew/opt in for tickets. There are several priority deadlines throughout the Athletic calendar in multiple sports.
July 15th Priority Deadline: At 11:59pm on July 15th, priority points will be pulled. All donations after July 15th will not be reflected in these points. This is also the date when season ticket renewals are due. Everyone that has renewed their season tickets or purchased new season tickets will receive a timeslot based on their July 15th priority points.
A current, 2024 Duke Club Proud and True Donation is required to activate your points. Duke Club Priority Points are utilized in determining your rank and selection time.
A current, 2024 Duke Club Proud and True Donation at the corresponding benefit level is the only way to renew your same parking.
Although a Proud and True Donation is encouraged, if you have renewed your season tickets, they are locked in regardless of a 2024 donation.
Previous donations are not activated until you donate to the Proud and True Fund in 2024.
In the selection process, activated priority points directly determine your selection time.
