JMU BASKETBALL SEAT SELECTION STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

With basketball seat selection starting on July 29th for men's basketball and August 5th for women's basketball, take a look at this step-by-step guide to assist you select seats and parking.
STEP 1:
Go to JMUTickets.com and click on the "My Account" option.
Step 2:
Login to your JMU Athletics ticket account using your email and password.
If you do not know, enter your email address and click on the "Forgot Password" option. If you are activating your online account for the first time, please enter your email and click on "Sign in With a Code." You will receive an email with a code that you will use to sign in with.
Step 3:
Click on the "Men's Basketball Seat Selection"
Step 4:
Using the interactive map, view available seat options. Available seats will be shown as green while unavailable seats will be red.
For reference, you can see a seating map here. There will be information as well when you hover over seats and sections within the map.
Step 5:
Once your new tickets have been added to your cart, they will show up as blue on the map.
Continue to Parking.
Step 6:
Continue to Parking. All customers with season tickets will have at least a general reserved parking spot already in their account. You cannot add more parking to your account as everyone is limited to one.
You will be able to select your spot specific pass. If you have not unlocked the benefit of a spot-specific parking pass for basketball, please call the Duke Club at (540) 568-6461. You can see more details on the Duke Club Benefits Chart.
Step 7:
When you are done with selecting your new seats and/or parking pass, please click "Continue to Checkout". It will show the total due that day.
Click "Continue to Payment" to take you to the payment screen.
Step 8:
Enter your credit card information and complete your purchase by clicking "Place Your Order".
You will receive an order confirmation email with your seat and parking locations following the completion.
