I had season tickets last year, but I am interested in reducing tickets, adding tickets, and/or changing the location for the 2024-2025 basketball season.
If you are interested in remaining at the same price level or upgrading, either in location or quantity:
- Click on the link below to go to your JMU Ticketing Account. Starting February 20, you will see an option to renew your season tickets by completing the renewal application. Your application is complete once payment has been established.
- Donate to the Duke Club Proud and True Fund to access your same parking benefits as last year.(Proud and True giving level counts for both Football and Basketball)
- You will receive a selection time after the July 15th renewal deadline. During this selection time, you will have the ability to explore available inventory for both tickets and parking. If you're not able to make your desired change(s), you will keep your renewed seats and parking (same as 2023). Please note, no changes are guaranteed and all renewals are final.
- If you are looking to add seats, you do not need to go through the new orders process. That process is only for season ticket holders who do not currently have any seats on their account. As long as you have renewed at least one of your previous seats you will have an appointment time to explore the potential for additional seats. Once additional seats have been selected during your selection time you will be charged at that point for anything above your original renewal.
- If a change to your seats is contingent upon your renewal, please complete the form below.
If you are interested in downgrading, either in location or quantity:
- Please fill out the form below. Due to the potentially nuanced nature of the seat selection process, a ticket office representative will be in contact to advise you on your best process moving forward.
