After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email which details how you receive the tickets.
NOTE: parents that have multiple participating children who completed the reading program will need to use separate emails for each child when claiming the tickets. You'll use the link once to claim 3 tickets under one email, and then you'll use the same link and claim 3 more tickets but use a different email.
Student Reading Goals:
Pre-K through Grade 3: Five (5) grade-level appropriate books
Grade 4 & 5: Three (3) grade-level appropriate books
Grade 6, 7, & 8: Three (3) grade-level appropriate books
Student Rewards:
Basketball Tickets: Students who achieve their assigned reading goal will receive three (3) digital tickets (see form confirmation email for more info), which admit the student and two (2) additional guests to this season's Duke Dog Reading Basketball Games:
December 14, 2025 — Women's Basketball vs. Notre Dame
January 10, 2026 — Men's Basketball vs. ODU
February 21, 2026 — Women's Basketball vs. App State
