CFP First Round Game Details

JMU Ticket Allotment:
JMU is excited to be heading to Eugene, Oregon to take on the Oregon Ducks! JMU is provided a specific allotment. We encourage all JMU fans to purchase through the JMU block to keep JMU Nation together and loud at the game. The outline of how the JMU ticketing process will work is below.
JMU Ticket Purchase Process:
Duke Club Priority Process:
- JMU has a limited allotment of tickets. These tickets are in sections 3, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40 and will be approximately $160 plus fees. In order to be considered for these sections you must go through the Duke Club priority process and place your request through this link.
- This request will operate like away game football tickets, which are set up on a deferred payment plan and payments are not processed until after tickets are assigned.
- The deadline for these priority seats will be Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST. All requests will need to be in before that deadline to be considered for the Duke Club priority process.
- Once the deadline has passed all requested donors will be ranked based on their Duke Club Priority Points as of November 29th, and fans will be seated in the allotment accordingly. Please note, Diggin Dukes donations have not processed and will not be included in the November 29th Priority Points.
- After the deadline, fans will receive a communication notifying them if they did or did not receive tickets within this priority process. This notification will come no later than 5pm on Wednesday December 10, 2025 and if you received tickets, the card on file will be charged.
- JMU Students will follow the same process as outlined above. Student Duke Club members have Priority Points through their membership.
- If you do not receive tickets within the JMU allotment, all other tickets must be purchased through the Oregon website.
Ticket Delivery/Platform: (Ticketmaster)
All purchased tickets will be mobile delivery via your smartphone. The Oregon Ducks utilize the Ticketmaster platform which is different than the JMU ticketing platform and will require slightly different processes than you may be used to for a JMU home game. Tickets that are purchased through the JMU link would receive those via Ticketmaster. Representatives from the JMU Athletic Ticket Office will be on site to help JMU fans navigate any issues that may arise.
Travel Packages - SOLD OUT for First Round Game!:
JMU Nation's hub will be in Portland. This travel package includes hotel accommodations and travel to and from the game from the hotel. The JMU Duke Club will hosting events in the hub city for fans. This travel package does not include game tickets and does not guarantee access to tickets and airfare is also the responsibility of the fan.
In addition to securing your spot at the First Round, you can also place a deposit for the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal, Semifinal, and National Championship Game. Lock in your postseason travel now with a refundable $100 per person, per round deposit and get ready to support the Dukes throughout the postseason.
Please note, should James Madison advance to the College Football Playoff round(s) for which you’ve placed a deposit, the remaining balance of the package will be charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours. In the event James Madison does not advance far enough to activate your deposit(s), you will be automatically refunded within 4-7 business days.

JMU Fan Tailgate - SOLD OUT!

Kick off game day just steps from Autzen Stadium with a tailgate alongside fellow Dukes! Enjoy great company, food, and spirited vibes before taking a quick walk across the road straight into the action. Rain or shine, you'll stay comfortable and dry under our tented setup. We'll be on a grassy field, so be sure to wear comfortable, game-ready shoes!
Location: Essig Field, 2525 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401
Cost: $50 per person. Ticket will include food and $24 in "Duke Dollars" that can be used for alcohol.
Not able to get tickets before the Tailgate sold out? Essig Field is still the place to be before kickoff! The public portion of the field has food trucks and alcohol available for purchase. Come hang out with fellow Dukes before kickoff!

In the event JMU goes to the CFP Quarterfinals, here is some information about tickets for the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida! JMU is provided a specific allotment. We encourage all JMU fans to purchase through the JMU block to keep JMU Nation together and loud at the game. The outline of how the JMU ticketing process will work is below.

- JMU receives an allotment of tickets. These tickets are in sections 104-118, 207-213, and 303-317. In order to be considered for these sections you must go through the Duke Club priority process and place your request through this link.
- This request will operate like previous bowl game football tickets, which are set up on a deferred payment plan and payments are not processed until after tickets are assigned.
- Please put in your request for the area that you want. We are given various amounts in the sections listed above. If you do not qualify for the area you put your request in, you will automatically be given the next best area and your charge will be reflective of that new price.
- The deadline for these priority seats will be Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST with a launch of Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. All requests will need to be in before that deadline to be considered for the Duke Club priority process.
- Once the deadline has passed all requested donors will be ranked based on their Duke Club Priority Points as of November 29th, and fans will be seated in the allotment accordingly.
